Objective motion analysis for therapy.

LINDERA builds clinically validated, smartphone-based motion analysis — objective gait and mobility measurement that gives therapy teams defensible documentation and better decisions. Proven across 600+ care sites in Europe since 2017, and HIPAA-ready for the US as LINDERA US, Inc.

Our foundation

A medical device

LINDERA develops Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) focused on precise, objective motion analysis — validated against the gold standard and peer-reviewed.

Patented AI

Our computer-vision AI reconstructs validated gait and mobility parameters from a single smartphone video. The method is LINDERA's own — protected by granted patents in the US, Europe, and China.

Certified and secure

ISO 13485 (quality management) and ISO 27001 (information security), with HIPAA-ready architecture for US deployment.

What we believe

By 2030, no one should have to estimate fall risk or recovery by rule of thumb.

Movement is measurable, and objective measurement makes better care, fair reimbursement, and honest conversations possible. That conviction is what LINDERA builds.

Our story

A short history — from fall prevention to objective motion analysis, in use across four countries and now in the US.

2017 - Founded.

LINDERA starts in Berlin to make fall risk measurable instead of guessed.

2018 — First at scale.

Care providers and a major German insurer adopt the app; LINDERA becomes a certified medical-device manufacturer.

2019–2020 — Proven in care.

Hundreds of care facilities deploy the mobility analysis; the AI extends from fall risk into therapy and movement.

2021 — Series A.

European healthtech investors back a shared goal: an evidence-based standard for mobility in care and medicine.

2022 — Deep-tech foundation.

Under CTO Reza Rezvani, LINDERA deepens its computer-vision and data-science core.

2025 — Beyond falls.

Geriatrics, neurology, posture analysis, and clinical decision support — built on the same validated core.

2026 — LINDERA US, Inc.

LINDERA establishes its US entity to bring objective motion analysis to US therapy, HIPAA-ready, with the FDA pathway underway.
